I believe somebody asked JN in person....and he said the cell was not part of the acquisition discussions for MD and SunWorks. He was very clear about that.
My personal view. The cell does exist...or at least the idea. Whenever patent gets approved and somebody can make it to work as designed....then we have something we can install and sell. Until then...I just see it as a dream that most probably will never happen.
