Both the one-tick flippers (who bought the shares at 0.0004s then sold them at 0.0005s) and weak hands (who bought the shares at 0.0005 ~ 0.0016 or above then sold them at 0.0005s) seem out of dirt cheap shares to sell at 0.0005s now! EFLN is ready to break out the 52-week high 0.0009 and re-test the previous high 0.0016 very soon...
