If you read the last 10q you'll see that as of May 2015 they've NEVER even built a single fuel cell. Also, it will take them 18-24months per the 10q to roll out anything.
BTW - They are in default of terms of their lease since Nov 2014, have 0 assets, 0 revenue, and the officers of the company pay themselves handsomely. Also, you can look at their travel expenses to deduct if they've been to Africa to close on 100million dollar contracts.
Hope you all make a million dollars, but until you see something definite, I wouldn't bet the farm.
