Here's an attaboy to you for giving us concrete facts instead of just "I believe or I assume" posts. Keep up the good work on keeping the shareholders up to date.

The Key Ingredient for Long Term Success of NHMD is the intellectual property. A larger takeover suitor is not interested in a company that manufacturers cans, and without those intellectual property rights that is all Nate's does, and any company can hire out someone to manufacture the cans and product, but without rights to the product itself, the company has nothing. Nate, on the other hand, if it were possible to ramp this up, would be the on the receiving end of the takeover offer because he owns the true value, if there is any. The takeover suitor could take the intellectual rights and license them to other companies or they could hire a manufacturer to make the product, which would probably be more efficient than Nate trying to do it himself. At any rate, that is all NHMD is doing now. It doesn't own anything. The assets amount to just over $1,300. Where does all of this leave NHMD shareholders? Let me tell you: it leaves them with $1,300 in cash and a $1,000,000 in expenses, which by my calculations is a big black hole in the ground. NHMD shareholders are just an exit strategy for Nate and his pals. Investors should perform some Due Diligence (DD) and wise up.
