Good Morning, I am interested in investing in your company. However, with the recent Stock Offerings and pending acquisition for PayOnLine I am lost on what the current and projected Share count will be at the announcement of the Buyout.

o, recently the company authorized to increase the Authorized share count to 300 Million from 200 million. Is there any near plans to offer the additional 100 million shares. What is the intention to increase by 50%?
