the principle from Empath is a long term associate of Dennis's. That is what Dennis does IN MY OPINION.

when you look at the cast of characters that Dennis has been involved with and add that to his history of dilution, reverse splits, and failed endeavors then there are certain educated assumptions you can come up with

So if I wanted Empath to build me a $million worth of cell towers, I would have a hard time getting ahold of them. LOL sounds about right....
