But the Float is now 100 times less than it was as a consequencde.

100:1 R/S split in 2014: A/S 700M, O/S 15M

Currently: A/S 700M, O/S 248M.

If the 100:1 R/S split had not occurred:

A/S 25B+, O/S 24.8B

Oh wow the O/S is only 24.8B. Low float! LOL

Ain't a 16.5X dilution just wonderful???
