Reverse splits are looked at badly because pinks try to line their pockets with money using them. However when a real company does one to get its share structure under control it is not a bad thing. Remember it is not about the price per share but the market cap. Someone brought up the example of DVAX yesterday. If Ttnp can do s reverse spilt and uplist at the same time with a submission of the NDA. BOOOMMM
Very true, if the reverse split is going to pan out so well for current shareholders you'd think insiders would be buying shares up like crazy. Hmmm, I wonder why no insider share purchases.
