So, Mr. Bonnelyche became Director, as expected, and replaced Carl Grandinson. Mrs. Darlin also takes over the position as Secretary of the company. No surprises there.
More interestingly, Mr. Froberg is named President of UCPA. Shouldn't that position be held by Mr. Blomberg instead if he still is Chairman of the BOD. I thought the two titles are interchangable. Also, shouldn't all BOD members be listed as Directors? Ken is also missing on that list.
