Agreed but all must come to the Article I money well. Only congress can authorize the printing and coining. The fed can play in the sandbox but Congress controls the amount of sand. The essence of the problem is congress doesn't want this responsibility so they punt and moan. Same with Iraq and W bush. Only Kucinich (spelling) read the intell brief and he voted "No" all the other elected officials didn't get past summary. Punt and moan.
