Utah law requires only "30" days notice as to shareholder meetings.

Austin. Imo they are waiting to announce shareholder meeting until funding takes place.

When announcing meeting of course a proxy would go out.

They need to know if they should ask for authorization of more shares or not imo.

If I'm correct, the type of funding would be what deterimes if they ask for more shares, and how many shares.
