He's not what you would call a technical expert but he knows the signs and knows how to sniff out a shipwreck trail.

Did he just join the team or what?

"Allegedly" HTQ was on a wreck but didn't complete a mag survey.

"Allegedly" Florida and/or the DEP/Corp wouldn't issue the permit even if they did complete the mag survey.
