Totally, this risk is assumed in every penny stock. I can't see them doing an RS or an AS raise anytime soon since they just raised AS already.
If they're truly smart they will let off, let this thing fly for a few weeks, and then proceed to dump/dilute they're (now more valuable) shares into RS land. Just my opinion.
