If this is a scam, what was the endgame or payoff? They didn't sell shares for much of anything at all and the players involved here have no history of OTC share selling schemes on top of the fact that they are pretty distinguished guys that i would imagine wouldn't have gone through all this for a couple bucks.

$SWRF I agree with you...they didn't even pump and dump and the risk vs reward was not even there...they made little to nothing on this.

May not be a scam but certainly not a wise decision on the company. Convertible notes are not the best way to raise money. They needed a friendly who understands how to raise money for Public companies.
