It's being held up by flippers who think there might be another pump coming to bounce it back up to a penny or slightly more for a couple of days.

But if that SHL letter, and the more detailed, more chock-full-of-lies follow-up from a corrupt stock promoter, were the pump, fuggedaboutit.
