Well yeah if this stuff comes to fruition then yeah. I mean we all seen it with a few others out there in the OTC with much less.
The OTC wants concrete deal/contracts.. and PR'ed promises followed through on. That's the bottom line.
Hemp isn't even legal to grow in the US and CBD is still a grey area when it comes to US law so our product is imported currently. The company probably didn't realize all the implications of importing hemp and CBD and probably hit a few hiccups and delays.
