I do not have a crystal ball and I could not control the management of the company, my friend! If I were the CEO then I would do it ASAP because it is a very easy job to get this done with a few grands... The most important thing we (all the shareholders) can do is: slap out those dirt cheap 0.0002s to finish the third step in order to trigger the 150-bagger or more huge rally!
