..............is what???? Still pending? Signed and finalized? Off the table? Revised? Null and void? Extended?

Bud genius don't have it unless that LOI was signed and finalized. Perhaps Angel is trying to make it seem that budgenuis has it....but until that LOI is signed and finalized, don't be fooled by Angels, IMO
