Smart, there are only 2 reasons to change names and tickers: 1) a company is actually merging with another And will soon report income, revenues and earnings under the new business model, getting this above a penny and beyond;or 2) the old company is no longer linked to PRs re: other deals, mergers etc that never came to pass so they can simply start the "scam" all over again with more PRs that never come to pass. If sprv financials do not come soon, it's looking more like door # 2!!!
