Ummm...only one tenth of one percent of shares traded today.

Putting that into perspective, that's only $40K...for the entire day. Not so scary after all.

To answer your question...an individual might liquidate for many reasons. However, insiders buy for only one reason...and more than one insider has been buying shares this month.
