I'll repeat this again:

NEVER, EVER, EVER, BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SAYS UNTIL AFTER IT HAS BEEN INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED OR HAS ALREADY HAPPENED!

Two years of outright lying and fraud should cause anyone to be wary!

So I sure wouldn't believe a R/S isn't a possibility just because they said so! I'm still awaiting that audit and uplist promised 2 years ago, as well as the groundbreaking lactose treatment.

The distribution deal and commercial production have been independently verified, as well as Kush deal. That's about all. We've been promised a new energy spray and other products, but at this time it's just hype.

It's still a mystery whether or not Diep, a (former?) company executive, even works there anymore. We are NOT being kept informed about many things.

"Companies" in the OTC are ALWAYS the ones confirm that there will be:

no R/S
no dilution
no toxic financing
no deals falling through
no dead weight on the payroll
no delay in audited financials
no SEC suspension
no execs bailing
etc etc

And yet, all of the above happens over and over and over at scams like MDIN.
