So first of all they'd have to be persuaded to change brands. Brand loyalty can be difficult to overcome. Were Git-R-Done offered at a significantly lower price than, say 5hr Energy, that might help it make some inroads. But it isn't cheaper, so…

Hangover cures aren't new, either. There's DRNK's product, there's Berocca (which is now advertising on TV, though not specifically as a hangover treatment), there's Monster's Rehab, there's RESQWATER, and no doubt there are others.

It's not as if HJOE makes stuff people have never heard of or don't already use.
