Boy... you are extending wide berth of "benefit of the doubt" because the pattern and the amount of times he has been caughtis not and IMO can not be attributed to stupidity but more of intentional and knowingly misleading to dilute into. So I disagree. IMO... it's planned and it's all deceptive pr's..too much work has been put into his tactics to call what you see him to be seemingly stupid.
