There is more than enough technical data to support the next stage.

Etc, etc. Yes, much of that is historical, but it's more than enough to justify finishing the PEA and moving on to a bfs.

Right now, we know from the historical data that at least 18mt. 47% open pit resource exists, an adit from which 400 tons was pulled and pilot stage testing was performed and resulted in a pair of processes from which high purity niobium oxide for just $ 13 / kg can be produced.

Almost certainly, the larger financing for construction will require a bfs beforehand, but there is ample evidence to justify $35k for a resource calculation and remaining amount for a PEA (~1mil or less)
