They have plenty of time to be above $1 before delisting would even be an issue. Second the Payonline deal is almost done. They have already completed a big part of the terms. The payonline deal is pretty much completed.

Exactly my point from 45 to 80 million shares in less than 2 months is TOXIC DILUTION the price from 1.20 to .38 proves it. Also the company stated 53 million so the math doesn't add up. The CEO stated not sure where the number will be LOL really, to me it sounds like we are going to dilute the crap out of it. Plus don't forget they increase from 200m to 300m more dilution to come???
