That's old info, I posted it last year. The fact is that Munson has no chance of getting near that amount for damages since the only "foot in the door" he set up is with Spectrasan. Spectrasan maybe sold $2,000 worth of product. No wonder he never received his stock payout.
Damn. BONU didn't even show up for court? All that ought to come out of Lowenthal's pocket - not ours. Unless he produces some results soon, he has turned out to be the worst CEO ever. Can't even get financials out. Ridiculous.
