Maybe Nevada is aware of Hop-On's problems with their paperwork required by California to keep a business license so they can remain in operation legally in that state.
Hop-On has already been suspended and forfeited in California.
I imagine the California franchise tax board may want to see their revenue and officer/director salary information they were supposed to file with the state over 1 year ago.
Hop-On is likely to face suspension again. Too bad the SEC can't get their act together to protect investors.
