When will this reported purchase be confirmed? A municipal government is a public entity and ECSL is a public company. There's no NDA agreement and information on such a purchase is in the public domain somewhere. So, why is the muni gov't not being made known?

Btw, how much is the reported purchase worth? Why was this also not divulged?
