Paid How?? There has been no announcement- (ha! to transparency) about additional funding that can pay for engineers, and trucks, and overalls and mason jars for the Petrozene. Don't you need money First and then your Lego set??

The JV with Dynamis will provide the funding, that is the main reason for the JV. Obviosly FSNR does not have funds to build multi million dollar pyrolysis machines, thus the JV with Dynamis.
