Based on the volume and ability for the debt holders to convert. I would say most of it is already converted. VFIN is way up there and could come down, but I don't think it will be an issue if the 10q will be as good as it should be.
Been saying a R/S is inevitable based on the companies needs. Fighting an uphill battle with no end of debt insight. I don't know what this company is doing but they haven;t done much of anything positive. Lots of talk, but talk is cheap.
