The shares for deal, if that is really what the deal was, are mandatory to convert to common shares, no restrictions were indicated, so I assume they can be sold if wanted to be sold into open market. Share structure will need to change for that to happen. Next move IMO would be on corp level, I will keep checking with Del corp site.
