And you would be wrong. I doubt if you have been around any pyrolysis plants that do tires. Plastic and tires are very different feed stocks.

these pyrolysis plants....probably going to take at least 6 months to a year to get just one machine up and running.

That's my estimate as well. Assuming it's a small one and already skid-mounted, might be on the low-end of that range.
