Thats what I remember, at 18 cents Hudson can sell everything, under 18 cents 1 million shares per month. Stock price never hit 18 cents since they settled the lawsuit...so they still have 2-3 million shares left.
I'm sorry. I must be missing something. I can definitely see some folks who were in @ .07-.08 taking profits at this level and I'll think we'll see that as we move up. But, I just can't imagine being Hudson and wanting to sell now, after having sold (if they have)so much in the past 4-5 months, with this Markman result. It just doesn't make a lick of sense to me.
