What those warrants/offerings mean is that the company has already sold those shares. The buyer won;t be able to sell until the stock price hits $1.74 - do you know how many times I have seen the same and the price never hits that $1.74 (sample) - Too many times, I have been burnt believing the same as what lot of you are seeing.

I speak from experience and the many times I lost money, thinking the price is supposed to hit the executable price.

Well, Good luck - as of right now, I seem to be wrong on my dilution WARNING to all. But I have been there and lost big. Yes, I can be wrong on this as I have been on the past.

However, I was telling all careful dilution when it was at 1.20 - I then jump in two or three times, just to sell even or small loss. Just to see this keep dropping.

Who knows maybe this .38 today is the low --

Okay, thanks, can you explain to me what this means? from the company news this afternoon.

Look at what the CEO stated 80 Million by end of March 2015. So, does that count the 53 Million after May 1st? So, is the count going to be 123,000,000 Million at end of June?

Given that shares outstanding each quarter will vary greatly depending on share price, we can only look to the end point shares outstanding some time in March 2015. With what we know, we expect the fully diluted shares outstanding to be approximately 80 million shares at that time.
