A dollar per share is impossible UNLESS new company buys back and retires a ton of shares or does another reverse split. Of course another reverse split will absolutely destroy shareholder value for long-term shareholders like nickelandime and myself and others. We've been here for a very, very long time. The recent reverse split - back on December 30th - was a devastating blow for us (not the split in and of itself but the selling that occurred from mid-February until now). Immediately after the reverse split, there were only about 5 Million Shares Outstanding. The split made our basis 10 cents per share, and then we had to watch all the new shares be issued to the tune of like 500 Million Shares; and accordingly, the price dropped all the way down to .0001.

Jsurfer3223, if we have 500 Million or more shares outstanding at this time, how in the world can we run to $1.00 per share ? That would be like saying our new company is worth 500 Million or more DOLLARS. I can't even fathom the financials/operations that would be needed to support such a price per share.

Nobody wants it more than I do, but how could $1.00 per share be possible ?

I disagree with it only going up pennies from the merger, it went up to .0008...

LOL...well, .0008 is a long way from even a penny!!!
