06/26/2015 Download this Press Release (PDF 233 KB) TORONTO, June 26, 2015 /CNW/ - Alamos Gold Inc. ("Alamos") (TSX/NYSE:AGI) and AuRico Gold Inc. ("AuRico") (TSX/NYSE: AUQ) are pleased to announce that they have been granted final court approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) to combine the two companies by way of a plan of arrangement ("Arrangement"). The Arrangement is expected to close July 2, 2015, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary conditions.
