Agree! Many of us have been in this before cship. No way gov can justify. Those "Johnny come lately " investors willing to compromise with government and my property... Those boys and girls are in the wrong game. Fairholme and Perry are not the only lawsuits. Other lawsuits are proving to be valid and consistent to what occurred in 2008 and after through discovery. No pass for government criminals. A pass is a guarantee of current and future government criminal slippery slope into worse crimes against the USA with better/improved legal protection against victim legal/ constitution rights. It took 30 years to admit AO damages to VIETNAM Veterans and off-spring. Another example of government crime and attempt cover-up. This time there has to be accountability, or God help the children, grandchildren and future generations. Just thoughts about what we face beyond financial gain/ loss.
