Can't anyone read the 8K?
Where is the implementation for the machines?
It's only like an earnest if things work out according to the stipulations?
I don't see any financial aid to machines?
Someone DD this thing.
Seems like a past Hydrex deal?
I don't know?
DD this in easy reading.

We have seen JVs come and go with FSNR , but this one in much different than the others. CTR does have revenue, contracts, and produtct, ranging from patching of $22,000 dollar tires to making rubber stock tanks. They also are paid on a per tire basis to haul off damage tires. The damaged tires have a value to FSNR as TDF,Tire Derivative Fuel for Prolysis.

So stating this is a meaniless PR? Still a lot to come, WATCH!!!

We've all seen jvs come and go with fsnr, this one to now has no different look than all the others!

Of course this is different. Freestone now owns a facility. It has a Joint Venture where the JV partner has invested directly in Freestone.

Freestone is in control of this facility and is not dependent on others to execute as it has been in past JVs.

There is no revenue, no contracts, and no product!

Dang, they just formed the JV and bought the CTR facility, give some additional time to get machines in to produce.

In the mean time Freestone is generating revenues from the facility every day from products and services they have been selling before the Freestone buy out.
