I know, but the $64.000,- question is:

WHY did Offor not scoop up as much as possible of the company, since the other Convertible Noteholders did NOT add much value to the company.

We can't be sure his strategy was to buy on the open market, certainly not because he could get that great CN deal...

Just a thought:

We were all very surprised to find that the OS was only 1.3m end of March, and unchanged during April.

We were not supposed to find out about the doubling of the OS in May.

What if the doubling of the OS was for the TSX move, and the dilution for that has already occurred????
