I am not surprised by any lack of information. That has been the case here.

As for going private, very basically, the majority shareholders (the company in this case) would agree on a buy out price per share and the shareholders would get that amount.

Trav, Ron and gangs are hoping to get rich from their GPSI shares instead of deriving their monthly GPSI salaries. They are holding the same common shares as we are at the moment.

There is no way that Ron could get $$ out of GPSI backdoor since GPSI need those limited cash to grow their business and bills. Otherwise, GPSI would not have taken loans.

If there were private investors buying GPSI, they will have to buy back all GPSI shares based on the current GPSI PPS and with an extra premium so that majority share-holders will vote for the sale. Thanks though to the sellers for driving down GPSI PPS recently.

Go GPSI, GO!!!!
