OK, i'll try an break it down for you:

The CEO is ultimately accountable for EVERYTHING pertaining to the company hitting it's goals and targets, but that is obvious, and we certainly can't hold Seymour accountable for that as he has nothing to do with the lab, or manufacturing or Tox...or really anything else for that matter.

The criticism of Seymour was that he is nothing more than talking head? Please reread the thread and you will see the Leif and others were offended by my characterization of Seymour as the Anglo face of NNVC for Diwan.

With that said, my criticism's for a CEO who is unaware of what is happening with his company, has NO IDEA what the status is of manufacturing or materials delivery (his words, not mine. I will repost his email with him stating this if you would like), has not been able to engage at any actionable level with all the countries he has claimed were interested and involved, has not met one single deadline that he himself stated (note, i didn't say he set the decline, because he can't, remember, he has NO IDEA or involvement with the goings on in the lab or with manufacturing, want proof: He claimed Tox material would be coming from the old lab when they knew BASi needed 2.5Kgs of the stuff. He was either making it up that it could get done at existing facility or was simply being a mouthpiece for Diwan who told him it could be done...which we have all learned and the company has retracted to now say they need the new facility to be functional before they can deliver material to BSi to start the completely stalled Tox). should be pretty obvious.

But the biggest criticism is the guy is at best incompetent and at worst intentionally misleading his friends, family and investors. That's as nice a way I can say it.

Given that he has done this same game before, I'm inclined to think he plays the bumbling professor well and will once again, get out when it gets too hot, pocket a good amount of $ and be cleared of any and all wrong doings.

I told you, these guys are good.
