MMRF is shareholders paying for lawyers to prosecute Bob's patents.

Nothing more. The pretending to sell boxes of software that Nihilent developed is simply a means to insulate MMRF from the label "patent troll". The software is a "beard" according to DYF.

The patents are Bobs, because when MMRF finally ceases to exist, Bob's liens on the patents will protect the patents from being sold off by MMRF's other creditors such as Gemini. Bob Wins. Gemini and shareholders lose.
