The moment the CEO said will be paid of EOY or 3 months earlier, the PPS was 0.006. On Friday there was a 10% volume T-Trade of 5.000.000 shares which is 90.000$ Tarpon dept payment. He was not taking that in account.
If the price stays where it is and the volume stays high the debt will be paid of in Q3 and the dilution will not be that high !!!!
