If we can´t get an uplisting there is no need for Another dividend policy noone will be able to rely upon it anyhow looking back at last attempt with dividends. RD is right the possible cash ment for dividend would be alot better used for share buybacks so they can prove that its not just Another figment of Solomons imagination and to be frank, most have probably given up the thought of FN anyhow by now or would perhaps be better of reading red ridinghood and the wolf instead of investing :)

Yes emptyone, u are right. BOD need to push for FN before Aug ends, and OSE listing by Oct.
