I was just stating the fact that Elites fiscal year begins in April so Q3 2016 will be October November and December 2016. Do you disagree?

elichen: 'An organization can choose whatever twelve month period best suits their purposes.' That is absolutely the case; it is about the corporation's accounting and which time frame suits the industry/company.
