When a deal for funding through mining of shallow minerals be it Gold, uranium, and copper in place then 80 million cap is a start...

The biggest depress on prices has been the selling of convertible loans. Once cash flow starts, this ends immediately and shares become more valuable.

Why would retail buy if more shares are being sold daily is argument used by the detractors..

Also a higher share price allows over 50 million in warrants to be IN THE MONEY which raises lots of money for LBSR without dilution at much higher prices. More money in LBSR account equals higher share price.

Connection of gold&silver project with Hay Mtn?

Someone could contribute, as an investment in LBSR, a small a prospect in place of cash (or with cash) as a way of getting into Hay Mtn. early and at a discount.

As if party A saw party B trying to reach a pot of gold just over his outstretched hands and said, "Hey, I've got a stepping stone here. You can stand on it to reach the gold if you'll cut me in for a share."

From the point of view of the owner of the stepping stone it would be either: a) develop our small project on our own and get some cash we can then put into something else; or b) invest our project into LBSR's Hay Mtn to give them a start and by doing so take a shot at a spectacular return. If those folks had some LBSR stock in hand ahead the deal they could cut their risk more when the stock price rose as an effect of the deal. It would be seen that if the gold&silver prospect succeeded it could provide funds to advance Hay Mtn.

Again, as if: We've got a shallow gold silver deposit (a best guess). Let's buy a bunch of very, very cheap LBSR, and then let's offer to put our prospect into a deal with them to allow them to get their big project (Hay) off the ground. Using a small prospect to leverage participation in a big payout.
