Correct me if I'm wrong but ELTP is a fiscal year corp. that just filed it's 10k for the "fiscal year 2015" The corporation's 3rd quarter for fiscal year 2016 will be the calendar months October, November and December of 2015.

I believe Nasrat was saying the NDA filing will be in the 3rd quarter of fiscal 2016 or in other words the 4th quarter of calendar 2015.
