I read both.

It doesn't alter my point, which is that increasing the A/S more than makes up for a smaller R/S ratio.

Most people like to see a decrease in the A/S to accompany a R/S. They're lucky if the A/S stays the same.

But an INcrease? That's not good.

there are many many many examples of what will happen next.

by the time the D comes off the ticker it will be trading at the same levels or lower than it is now.

all the shareholders money just went down the giant tower, accelerated to a gillion miles per hour and shot out Pickett's pocket...

no need for proxy when the insiders hold controlling interest.

consider this a 2500 foot concrete loss until they get into the pot business or something.

physics is obviously not their thing.

do me a favor and get money back into some mutual funds and out of this swamp......
