Depends on the color of the eggs. If the object is to flip trade it based on the effectiveness of a P&D, then one basket is as good as another. If the object is to "invest", and believe in a microcrap scam, then that's the foolish part.

Guess one could argue the effectiveness of the P&D the insiders put together is outside the control of even a flip trader for these scam stocks.
