Not a chance. This scam company has no money. They don't even have a bank account (by their own admission). They owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in court ordered restitution for the criminal theft conviction of LaBarre as well as the civil judgment that is outstanding against them, and to top it all off, have stated that they may have to issue untold amounts of discounted stock to help pay all of this off.
That's where the current pump comes in. They need to get foolish newbies who don't read filings to buy enough of this crap stock so it can be dumped and get the company out of money trouble.
Any takers? Who wants to buy this scam so LaBarre can get out of his mess? And, to what lengths might he go to dump his liabilities off on newbies who he has never met? His past actions indicate he will lie, forge, scam and steal to come up with money. No reason to think he will do it any different this time.
